My book review for THE HEALTHY MIND Cookbook by Rebecca Katz with Mat Edelson




This cookbook by Rebecca Katz is remarkable & a MUST HAVE!! Rebecca touches on everything from Depression, ADHD, memory loss, & agitation just to name a few. I will give an example below from Chapter 2 & a couple of things listed:

Allspice. Cognitive functioning. Memory. Mental energy.
Almonds.Cognitive functioning. Mood. Vascular functioning. 
Anchovies.Cognitive functioning. Focus. Memory. Mental energy. Mood.
Asparagus. Cognitive functioning. Mental energy. Mood. 
Avocado. Cognitive functioning. Mood. 
Basil. Cognitive functioning. Healthy sleep. Memory. Mental energy


And this list goes all the way to Yogurt ;) So if you know anybody that maybe suffering from long term diseases or illnesses, I suggest this Cookbook to you. I will stop right there.
