It might surprise you to hear that I wasn't raised to a healthy eater. Quite the contrary, in fact! Growing up in a military family, we moved often and relied heavily on packaged convenience foods and drive-through windows. I was accustomed to having many of my meals "super-sized" and thought that a glass of skim milk mixed with a package of chocolate breakfast powder was a complete and healthy breakfast.

I received this AMAZING cookbook about a month ago, & I just ABSOLUTELY love it. Megan has ONLY a couple of recipes(maybe 2 or 3) in this 195 page cookbook that includes meat( salmon to be exact). This is PERFECT for people that need a fresh start in their life starting with the foods they put in their bodies. This cookbook was right on time for me because not only have I started changing my eating habits when I was pregnant with my 2nd son, but I've continued to do so. I will be trying out a LOT of the recipes including "Beef & Broccoli" a no MEAT recipe but has mushrooms, coconut oil, yellow onion, tamari, ginger and quinoa to name a few of the ingredients.
